Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System™
Mei Zen is a cosmetic acupuncture system that is based on Chinese medicine. It promotes the circulation of Qi and Blood in the face, which in turn, increases muscle tone, elasticity, collagen production and skin moisture. Cosmetic acupuncture is healthier, less expensive, and virtually risk free. There are none of the side effects of modern treatments. This system not only treats the face or neck, but balances the whole body making you feel younger from the inside, out.
Prior to receiving Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture, you must have a consultation to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for this treatment. Please bring your calendar to this visit so we may schedule all sessions at once. Plan on a 20-minute consultation.
Through research, clinical experience, experimentation and classwork, it has been determined that in order to receive the best results with the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System™, a series of 10 treatments are necessary. These are scheduled at the initial consultation for two treatments per week, for five weeks. Plan on a one-hour treatment.

Give It a Try! You Won’t Regret It!”
“I have been a patient of Mankato Acupuncture for over 2 years now. I use acupuncture to minimize the pain from and the amount of medication that I must take for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Acupuncture is an important part of my health maintenance plan. There is little, if any discomfort from the needles during an acupuncture treatment. In fact, I normally sleep through the majority of the treatment. The environment and actual treatment are relaxing and rejuvenating. While acupuncture manages my pain, it also increases my energy levels. Stephanie is a caring and qualified acupuncturist who works hard to treat your individual needs. Give it a try! You won’t regret it!”
